III. Critical Technician Notes (MUST-DO)
1. IMA/C2I Coding: After installation, the Injector Compensation Code (C2I code) MUST be reset/re-entered in the ECU. This step is MANDATORY for proper engine performance.
2. Sealing Replacement: NEVER RE-USE the old copper sealing washer or combustion seal. Always replace with new ones to ensure perfect sealing.
3. Injector Bolts: The injector clamp bolts are stretch bolts and MUST be replaced every time the injector is fitted.
4. System Cleanliness: Piezo CR systems require extreme cleanliness. Contamination leads to immediate component failure. Only use ultra-clean diesel fuel and system components.
